to fix their health (particularly those with or at risk for heart disease) is driven by our family's experience.
My name is Ian, and at 44 years old I had a quintuple bypass [CABG] (5 coronary arteries were 80-100% blocked), and since then, my family and I have committed to and achieved a healthier lifestyle.
And I'm Catherine. After having and starting to raise three kids, I was constantly tired and didn't like what I saw in the mirror especially because I knew I could look and feel better. I'd tried everything from kickboxing to diets to 'boot camps', and nothing stuck until I finally found what Ian and I have been using now for almost two years.
And now we look and feel better than we have in 20 years.

WHY do you want to live a healthier lifestyle. Without defining WHY, goals are meaningless, but once you've figured out your WHY, you can achieve your physical health goals which will be influenced 70% by what you put into your body and 30% what you do to your body......

Living a healthier lifestyle takes support. In our view, ingredient number one is having 'faith' regardless of your religious leaning, ingredient number two is the commitment and support from immediate and extended family, and ingredient number three is commitment and support from friends (you are who you surround yourself with).....
