Read MoreIan successfully removed from spironolactone. now only on one blood pressure medicine (and lowest dose). Still using the Beachbody portioning discipline for everything (protein, carbs, vegetables, fruits, healthy fats) and working out 5-6 times a day.
latest science experiment with my Cardiologist is tracking blood pressure during exercise including higher intensity combined cardio/resistance.....average 150/96 which at rest would be concerning but not during exercise when blood flow is reduced to vital organs and increased to muscles being worked....and not hitting my Doctor's systolic cap of 180
we intend to post regular updates on meal recipes, meal planning, challenge groups, workouts, and other wellness tips....eating healthy is easy...it just takes commitment and some discipline.....more to follow
